The Charlie’s Angels star Cameron Diaz is set to take on a hard-hitting role as a woman whose life is ruined by botched cosmetic surgery.
And the sexy actress is hoping that it will prove her acting ability.
“Cameron wants a serious role that isn’t about her looking cute and this role is just that, and much more,†says an insider.
“The character has terrible facial disfigurement which will require Cameron to sit through hours of make-up. It’s a really hard role and it’s going to be a big challenge for Cameron.â€
