A criminal investigation is being launched over sexually explicit pictures of reality starlets Kim and Kourtney Kardashian — taken while they were underage.
The sisters, who will star in E!’s “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” this fall, are identified as being in nude pictures that were offered for sale to media outlets yesterday. The women are also seen in sexual poses with a naked man.
But while Kim is 27 and Kourtney is 28, sources say the pictures were taken 11 years ago, when they were teenagers.
A dozen explicit images were being offered by San Fernando Valley photographer Eric Ford. When contacted by this column yesterday, he insisted that no deal had yet been struck. It was not clear whether Ford knew the girls were underage in the photos.
Like her former pal Paris Hilton, Kim has already endured a sex tape scandal with her ex-boyfriend, R&B singer Ray J. Kourtney, meanwhile, was a star of the 2005 E! reality series “Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive.”
A rep for Kim told me: “Any publication that would print these pictures, which are considered child pornography, will be subject to the same criminal investigation as the agency who is attempting to sell them.”

Awww… poor rich stupid slutty girls. Those pics are on the net somewhere, people will always be able to find them. They can cry child pornography as much as they want. Boo fucking hoo, she was 17, she was no child. Trying to claim she’s a victim of child porno is an insult to all the REAL victims who don’t have fancy lawyers to help them.
